Absolutely adore the heart ceremony! The whole experince is lovely, although would be nice to have the kids more actively involved in the stuffing process!

Bought this as a gift for a niece. Took a while for the PDF voucher to arrive in my email but the staff at the Sylvia Park store were very responsive and sent it to me the same day. It's a PDF voucher, btw, so they send it to you and you can either print it out and tuck it in a greeting card (like I did) oer email it to your recipient. e
I took my girls in for our first build a bear experience and it was a lot of fun. Despite the store being busy the Manager was amazing and created a really memorable experience for us.
