my mother made me one and i love it so much, but the voice box has stopped working now i only says the first word then glitches and turns off.

I was really upset as I brought my mum the kiwi with an audio of my nanny who recently passed. She loved it! So I brought my sister the pink cuddles with a different audio from my nanny, but whoever did my order used the other audio from the previous order. Not the one I sent through, with the order number attached and everything. I love build a bear but I had it sent directly to my sisters address, so I wasn’t able to check this before hand, as I didn’t think I would have needed to. I understand that mistakes happen, but I just would have thought this would have been checked before sending.
I used the recorder for a custom toy and it works great. There were no instructions, but it was easy enough to figure out.
My only issue is with the delivery service communication. There was confirmation of the order and then there was silence until one day I found the package on my doorstep. It would have been nice to let me know that the order was shipped and with which courier company. I was about to organise an alternative product as I had no idea if the BaB product was going to arrive or not. I almost spend extra money unnecessarily, so, that’s why I feel that it is justified to remove a star and give it 4 out of 5.
