Couldn't load pickup availability
We love the bear and the clothes but the customer service was terrible. The outfit we originally wanted wasn't their so I spoke to someone in store to change the outfit. She never got back to me with a revised order. I had to ring back two days later and their was no evidence of my initial conversation. The second person I spoke to had no idea and suggested totally different clothes to the first. (Which ended up been great). It then took over a week to get to me. It only had to travel from Auckland to tauranga. Very disappointed as we nearly missed giving it to our little friend who was moving
to aussie. I originally brought my daughters build a bears in Scotland which was an absolutely amazing experience. I hope people are having a better experience in store than online in nz
