Couldn't load pickup availability
I contacted Build a Bear on July 30th enquiring about Tuxedo Sam availability in the Christchurch store and was told on July 31st that they could contact their Wellington store to potentially have one shipped to Sylvia Park and then onto Christchurch. I was told they could give me an update but since then I have heard nothing.
Ordered online to be informed it was only avaliable in store inWellington and that store would not send it out so had to request a refund. Extremely upset child 😢
